Honestly I don't know how they got 4.5 stars on Google when the reality is on Yelp. We've been contacting the company for serious issue for consecutive three days in a row with no help whatsoever. Our houses soon are gonna be flooded if it rains for another day or two. It will be Fort Lauderdale all over only cause they are looking for the cheapest quote. And they laugh and think it's funny that we might need a canoe to do grocery shopping. What a joke.

I have some constructive criticism in regards to this property management, my criticism isn't ill-advised as I am writing about my experience with this company. I toured the apartment before I submitted my application, the landlord really liked me and my mother and wrote up the lease the same day we met with her. I submitted my application on time to the HOA, I have amazing credit and 0 criminal history (my mother as well) I was denied for some reason with no explanation, I received no calls or emails in regards to the progress of my application or on the explanation on why I was denied. I emailed the Seabreeze with my application number seeing if we can get to the bottom of the issue and I haven't gotten anything, the landlord went to the office to figure out why we were denied and they

If I could give ZERO STAR I would but it's not allowed. When they took over the community I reached out to them because the main gate had been broken since I got here and told them someone had broke into my car and They told me it was going to get fix by November that was over two yrs ago. Now moving forward 2 yrs ago someone broke in my car a couple of weeks ago and the gate still isn't fix. someone parked in my spot for 2.5 days I called them multiple times and they did nothing about it. They did tell me a towing company was coming but no one ever came I called the management multiple times and all they did was giving me the run around I couldn't call a tow company because they used their own and when I called that tow company they wanted sea breeze to contact them not the residents. Steve Raucci at Sea Breeze property mgmt was hired at our property to manage our Recreation Condo affairs. We found Steve just as our Rec Board was all new to being board members. What a relief it was to see our Rec meetings in front of the community ran with such organization and competency! Steve puts my mind at ease with the experience he demonstrates in handling our affairs here at Waterway. Thank You Steve for making our job as board members run so smoothly.

Very very poor follow through you have to chase the property manager to get any information. I tried to post it with zero stars highlighted, but the website simply won’t allow you to do that therefore, you will see a one star rating when it’s actually a zero star rating. If you’re looking for a stellar company keep looking.
