The only reason this place gets a second star is bc the office staff and maintenance are kind! The apartment was infested with roaches!!!! I paid a $2k deposit and when I broke my leave paid every dollar. Then was charged another $225 a month AFTER I paid my last payment and they charged me $277 of my deposit - no explanation as to what this was applied to. We lived in a cockroach infested apartment, ants, windows molded and a slider door that was busted in - I do not write bad reviews but this is ridiculous. My apartment was claimed to be renovated and was not! I mopped my flooring every single day multiple times a day and there was a smell and black flooring. I will say maintenance took care of the things I requested promptly but they do not move me into a renovated clean home. As a newl

The worst apartment I've ever lived in. I list the events in order, but #4 is the most concerning, especially if youre a female. 1) had a neighbor stalk us, sent emails with videos and was told to file proper complaints cause emails weren't good enough, yet no one was ever in the office & emails do serve as a paper trail. Only after other neighbors told the office that this girl was screaming at other neighbors, tried to follow me into my apartment and we filled out a form was she evicted 2) the gutter above our bedroom window was broken and so all of the rain came through our window & caused the pictured damage and mold- they only replaced the ac unit but the wall remained mold infested. 3) i called in cracks between the ceiling/wall as preventative maintenance, they wrapped the entire a

I have lived here for 12 years, to start with the prices the first year weren't that bad but after the first year they start to go up like foam. This year they raised my rent by 200 dollars, apart from the fact that I am also paying almost 200 dollars for water that I am not even using. None of the apartments have a meter to measure water and for that reason if your unit does not have a washer and dryer, you will be paying for the water to those people with laundry. The maintenance is terrible, once the floor above had a water leak and the ceiling almost fell to pieces, the only thing they did was seal the hole in the ceiling with putty and paint only where they made the repair, not to mention that I had to wait more than a week for them to repair everything and to top it off because of th

Waste of money. I lived here for a year, and the mold and water damage were terrible. If it rained, it would rain through my windows, too. Maintenance said the whole exterior wall and windows needed replacing to get rid of the mold and water issue. Yet nothing was ever done. Maintenance also hit our car in the parking lot and almost totaled it.

This place is unsafe and unstable. Over the 3 years we’ve been here we have seen a complete turnover rate at the office 3 times. Everyone quits suddenly because they’ve had enough, or got fired. We have experienced extreme water damage in every room from the roof that they say they are going to replace every year.. Mold almost in every room and in the walls from the water damage. A cricket infestation, gas leaks, rodents, and many more.. They also have one water meter for each building so you all are splitting the bill.. keep that in mind. Recently they have had a home intrusion in one of the buildings. Multiple times keys have been carelessly given out to tenants that have access to everyone’s door. One of the roofs collapsed in another building from the water damage. And on top of that
