Watch out —this Contractor showed up on my street this morning. It had ordered a power cut to last 4 hours. 39 affected homes. Now we are well past 4 hours. No notice to many neighbors. No written consent from anyone as required by electric utility. Workers must on site falsely claimed it was fault of electric company that we had no advance notice. Not so. Contractor must get written consent of homeowners and failed to do so. It was trying to avoid the $12,000 fee for electric company to provide temporary power line. This is thoughtless. People work from home these days. One neighbor has a freezer full of fish that could be ruined. The contractors phone is answered by a “full mailbox” message. SMS also not answered.
The work was in time, subs excellent, and Eric delivered exactly what we anted. Great craftsmanship! I highly recommend!
