very positive experience with this company!!! we had a few issues that arose and they were quickly dealt with. Tony is willing to walk the land with you and answer any questions you might have. He met with us several times before and after the sale of our land and several times in the rain and mud. The staff in the office are very kind and helpful when I have called. I have no complaints with the company and even referred my sister to them and she bought land from them.

I bought my first hunting property from SE OK Land Co in 2021. I found the pricing to be fair despite the currently high inflation and demand for land in this area. The way they list properties and the due diligence they perform prior to listing a property ensures buyers have all the information they need about the boundaries and legal access prior to making an offer. The customer service has been top notch! Even now, a year after the sale, they pick up the phone and get back to me immediately when I need something. I'd do business again with Tony, Randy, and the rest of the team any day.

I was sending in my payment and couldnt find the zip code so I looked them up on google to get it, started reading reviews, and I had to comment. SE Oklahoma Land Company has been great to us! We are finishing up year 5 into our 10 year note! They have never harrassed us, we have never had any problems with them. In fact about 4 years ago we fell over 3 months behind on our payments due to a tragic accident in our family which led to financial hardship for over a year. They understood! They worked with us! We communicated with them every step of the way, and they were honest with what they could do for us. In the end, they deferred 2 of the payments for us so we could get caught up. I just ran across some of the reviews and felt compelled to comment. I purchased and financed land with these guys about a year ago. Throughout my transaction they were very prompt and ethical. They were very patient in answering every question I had. They showed me several properties in an attempt to find everything I was looking for. This transaction was one I would absolutely do over again. They never represented themselves to be real estate agents, actually they made it very clear they were not. I took the time to research and then ask related questions. I find it funny that someone does no research into a company they intend to do business with and then writes a negative review because of assumptions made.
