Shawn Wallace is irresponsible..I came from Texas on closing day.. She accused me of not paying an extra $200.. I said that I didn’t know that... Everyone from the office came up to her and asked “Did you warn her?” She kept answering “Yes, I warned her.”. Nobody asked me.. They accused me of deception.. and sent me to TEXAS for money..Shawn didn’t understand her mistake..... IF I should have paid MORE.. And there are no banks in Antlers.. SHE had to CALL me and tell me personally that I need to pay more.. She sent me only an email. Later I found this email in Spam box ..No one apologized for accusing me of deception.. I am very dissatisfied with the work of this office.. I will NEVER return there............................. Vera.
