SCS Rapids

This review is being posted pre-move in We haven't moved into the apartment yet, but through the whole process of showing and application, Tatiana has been so great and helpful. She is very professional and friendly, and definitely one of the reasons that we decided to go with this apartment over other ones in the area. So far, working with them has been a pleasure and their responses have been prompt and thorough.

My experience living there was wonderful over two years. Fantastic response all three times I needed a maintenance crew, and I had wonderful neighbors. It's a bit on the pricey side for town, but you get what you pay for. I had no issues when moving out and am actually looking to go back in the near future.

We moved in and we had an infestation of ants! They did absolutely nothing about it. Sandra said the day we moved in that the "maintence/cleaning people" did not have the "time" to do a more thorough cleaning. SC Swiderski is a horrible place to rent from. Rude people. They will do everything they can to keep your direct deposit even if you've done everything you've could! The place is not worth all the money they sure greedily ask of.
