Pluses..Nice and modern, first floor apartments have no stairs. Negatives...Management has changed 3 times in the last year; only 1 dumpster & 1 recycling for the entire property. Presently staring at an overflowing dumpster for 3 weeks now. Rent increased $75 per month after one year of occupancy.

You hear everything your neighbors are doing! Living here its awful $1400+ a month.

Unfortunate that I'm writing this. My partner and I had an appointment about a week in advance for a unit showing. After our 2 hour car ride, we were told at the office that the unit we were to view was applied to the night before. We started our car ride about the same time that the office opened, yet we were not given any word ahead of time to save us the 4 hours of driving for the day.

Amazing apartments Kelly the property manager is wonderful amazing personality. Would not want to live anywhere but here in the area.
