We rented for almost 1 1/2 years while our new home was being built. Please, please be sure you keep all of your correspondence for every interaction with SCS including your check in form, maintenance request, check out form. Take photos of every room. They tried to charge us for damage to a door as well as a missing light bulb in the garage (which was missing when we moved in), and $3 for a blind clip for the patio door blinds (we could never use the patio door as it would not open). I kept the original email correspondence showing the damage was already there Had I not had this, we would have been chared $117.70 for the door damage, $2.50 for the light bulb. They did finally reverse these charges but refused to remove the $3 clip charge but could not confirm that this damaged clip was no

experienced both 1 and 2 bedroom unit. Would not recommend to future renters. Rentals are given to you in less than satisfactory conditions. Loud noises coming from heating units that bang in the walls all hours of the day. It's also strange that 1 bedroom apartments get 2 car garages and 2 bedroom apartments get 1 car garage... ?
