Jaimie Hoeft did a background check and matched me to another individual with the same name (first and last name). She failed to verify address, date of birth, middle initial, etc. to make sure it was me. This false information was then emailed to everyone in the buying process. When I called to express my concerns and talked to Michelle I was told I need to listen or she would end the conversation. I’ve never been treated so rudely. Michelle and Jaimie refused to apologize for misrepresenting me to everyone (buyer, buyers agent, my agent). They were unprofessional. Take your business elsewhere.

Unbelievably disappointed with the service of this company. Effort is not taken to verify sources resulting in defamation of character. Unprofessional and rude. If you have a choice in what title company to use in the sale of your home, look elsewhere.

Rude, difficult to work with. Late in getting documents together so had trouble closing.
