We were VERY UNHAPPY. For a 1 bedroom 1 bath with a small balcony it is roughly 3k a month. On top of this outrageous cost, our bathroom sink flooded 2 times all over the floor and cabinets, maintenance came to fix it once and said it was good and then it happened AGAIN but this time came completely off. And our toilet overflowed by literally just peeing, and it constantly tries to do it still, maintenance has done nothing about this. My heater doesn’t consistently stay on (it’s a nest) and it changes from orange to red, all maintenance did was delete the schedule time (which still pop up every week) and that literally didn’t fix my issue. My family has been living here at Scripps for the past few years and have enjoyed our time for the most part. The office staff have always been wonderful and responsive, and the maintenance team is quick and thorough. Toni and Austin in particular have made our time at Scripps especially enjoyable, particularly with the community events and other activities that they've put on over the past year. The recent Summer Pool Party was a hit, and so many of our neighbors were there! The pools are also always clean and the landscaping is very well maintained. This is a great community for young families and other working adults who appreciate a quiet and cozy place to live in a very convenient location.

I moved here at Scripps Landing Apt about 7 months ago. I have not had a good experience here. I have some very weird neighbors upstairs who lives over my apartment. They stump and go on all thru the day and pecking on the walls. During the night there is a man who lives there, l guess, stump thru the night with big shoes or boots on, back and forward. Someone up there goes to the patio door and slides it back and forwards. I go in my bedroom to sleep, they come in the room stump. Also sound like they pulls drawer back and forth loud. I have never seen such rude neighbors. I am a senior who has health issues and needs my rest. I have to sleep from the bed to the sofa to try and get my rest. I call the office and reported this. We just recently moved into Scripps Landing and are very impressed with the apartment quality (recently remodeled!), attentiveness of the Leasing office (specifically Bella and Jeremy) and the responsiveness of the Maintenance team (in particular Dennis). The grounds are well kept, parking is just outside the door and the apartment complex pet friendly. Thank you to everyone for making our transition easy. We feel at home and hope to rent here for many years to come.

I really enjoy living here. When a large tree fell during a storm Danny and Bella had a crew out there right away! Anytime I have a maintenance issue someone comes same day or next day. Everyone on staff is very friendly! The pool is heated and has a hot tub adjacent. There’s a small gym next to the pool with great equipment. The grounds are beautiful and well kept. They have Food trucks come often and are super fun and yummy!! We sometimes have trivia nights and paint/wine nights. Rent is pricey but I guess everywhere in San Diego is these days. I feel safe living here and management always responds so quickly!
