Scottsdale Serrento Apartments

I lived at Scottsdale Serrento for 8 years split between two appartments. The first was a nice and nice sized one bedroom on the second floor. The second was a 2 bedrom on the ground floor. This was an overall great place to live. The staff was nice, the grounds were generally well cared for, and the apartments were comfortable. The prices didn't get quite so bad but the "fair market price" excuse wore thin as the rental market is rife with price gouging. While not immune Scottsdale Serrento was much better than most. The access to Scottsdale's Civic Center, Old Town and Entertainment District including Scottsdale Fashion Square is also a huge asset combined with being removed enough to be in a generally quiet location. There were a few minor sticking points during the eight years

I chose these apartments based on the reviews I found online. I liked the apartments so much I waited 3 months for a unit to become available and moved right in. The staff are super friendly, the place is well maintained and if anything ever breaks or needs replacing, maintenance is right out. Not to mention, these apartments are located in one of the best parts of the Phoenix area with Scottsdale Fashion Square, Old Town Scottsdale and Scottsdale pavilions only a few minutes away!

My son rented an apartment at Scottsdale Serrento Apartments for the last year while attending Scottsdale Community College. He had a great experience and would recommend renting at Serrento. It is a safe, quiet and friendly place to live. The management is great and helpful. The garbage disposal stopped working and they had it fixed the same day. It is near so many things that Scottsdale has to offer and easy to walk to lots. There is a gym next door that was only $99 per year (student rate)!

This apartment complex is very affordable for how beautiful the area is and how spacious the apartments are. Your in a safe,quiet neighborhood that is literally walking distance to the greenbelt and old town Scottsdale. I loved living here, highly recommended 👌 ☺

Awww I miss this place so much. I only lived here for a few months then had to transfer out of state. The apartments are on the older side, but they're super well maintained, has a wonderful staff and location, location, location!! You're right where all the action is in gorgeous Old Town Scottsdale not to mention all the amenities you could really need within a few miles radius. I would 100% come back here and recommend these apartments.
