Scottsdale Highlands Apartments

I've lived here for many years, have seen management change hands a few times and I must say the current team is exceptional when it comes to the way the property is managed. Everything from landscaping to maintenance & even community events for the holidays, they're on top of it! I just had a minor maintenance issue and Nolan was here right away, easily figured out the issue, and had it repaired quickly. He and Alex are always professional & wonderful guys.

Been here for almost 2 years. Great location and great staff. Nolan and the maintenance team are always on top of any issues, even outside of business hours. Mariah and the team in the office are incredibly kind and helpful and always putting together fun events. Would recommend!

Just want to give a shout out to two of the best apartment maintenance guys in Arizona! Alex and Nolan have been incredibly helpful this week while I was moving into the complex. They are knowledgeable, efficient, extremely courteous and quick on response time. I have dealt with multiple apartment Maintenance staff over the years in Texas, Louisiana and Scottsdale. These two guys are top notch and thank you to the property manager and Lisa for all you have done to make this an incredibly smooth transition. The entire staff makes you feel right at home!! This has been the most peaceful complex I’ve ever lived at! I love the beautiful trees and that I feel safe allowing my kids to play! Office communication is always great and prompt. I’d like to shoutout to Alex and Nolan with maintenance; they are always quick to handle whatever work orders I’ve put in (and random side quests like picking up glass in the parking lot or my kids toy airplanes of the parking canopy LOL THANK YOU!) I appreciate that they have great attitudes while doing the work and being approachable when seen out n about on the property.

Hello, it’s January 9, 2026, and I just deleted years of reviews so I could start fresh forward…. In summary, I would say it’s better than ever… I think they might be running near 100% occupancy which is probably shooting myself in the foot because I’m coming up for renewal. (i’ve lived here over a decade and a half and I think I counted 218 times in a row. I have never had my rent delivered any later than 5 o’clock on the first which is the day. It’s technically due FYI) - so here is the staff: it starts with Lisa -I would say if she had a title that would be leasing manager… She has had property management experience. I think it’s doing double duty because they’re out one agent there now and she does it effortlessly but not only that she’s a great listener and very empathetic. By far,
