I’ve purchased 2 homes now and WILL ALWAYS use Scott Shippy and his team at Savannah Pretty Homes. Closing on a property can be stressful, but Scott and Karen are absolutely great. They will do absolutely anything possible to help you. The even responded to my text messages at ungodly hours. If your in the market to buy or sell, Scott Shippy is your man.

Scott managed our rental property for approx. 10 years and in that time we maybe had 3 or 4 months we didn't have a renter ($$$). Scott was fantastic at ensuring we had good renters in the home and communicating any important issues. Scott then got the property sold and made the selling process a breeze, especially considering we did it all remotely from two states away. Highly recommend!!!

I had a great experience with Scott! He was helpful, he was great at getting the seller to pay all closing cost! He walked me through the process of buying my first home. It’s a little nerve wracking but him and his assistant, Karen, helped me navigate it! I walked away with the keys on my scheduled closing day! I’ve referred him to a few people already and I will be referring him to more!
