I recently went home shopping in Missoula Mt. After many viewings, we found the place. With our pre approval for the home we started the process. Quickly in the process we discovered the home was a short sale. Scott and the realtor explained how it could be a long process. We decided to put Ernest money down and see how long it would take. Long story short Scott and team were able to navigate the process way quicker than expected and now we own the home.
