If i could give them zero I would. I live in caso leander, leander tx. I have had so many issues in this house since i moved in and i have only been in this house for 6 months. From appliances being cheap and broken and missing parts to the ac not working when i first moved in due to lack of verifying that it was actually working, pieces of the inside of the wall are craking and falling out as well as in the garage. The outside of the house also cracking and falling off, walls are.inade the house cracking all over. Loose linoleum flooring not properly installed, door handles not properly installed making them stuck to the point you can even turn it to open the doors, island was installed crooked, cabinets where installed with chipps and so on. The sales agent was awful once he got the earnest money. He suddenly forgot what he agreed too. Maybe that's why they but SF on every home. Construction team is hopeless. They do everything they can to not fix anything. Cheap materials and unqualified construction superintendents. I've had over 30 warranty claims in the first quarter of living in my home. Unsealed windows, closet doors falling off, bad breakers, hvac ducts missing, all the drain clean outs needed replaced, and multiple tiles broken. Buying a Scott felder home is a huge mistake.
