I couldn't be more pleased with the buying and selling experience of our homes made possible by Edward Harrill and the Scissor Tail Realty team!!! Three months ago we decided to have a few different Realtors out to give direction. Ed was the first one we spoke with and immediately we felt that he wanted to help us get what we wanted out of our home but to our surprise he was able to sale our house for well over what we had imagined. Not only that but he had it the winning bid within the first day of being on the market for full price with buyer paying all closing cost!!! He even connected me with professional contractors to fix repairs after inspection for dirt cheap with great quality work. Edward has a very nice guy and said all the right things. I was very clear from the beginning that all I wanted was to walk away with a certain dollar amount after ALL costs, closing fees, etc were taken out. I didn't even care how much he sold the house for as long as I got what I wanted. That seems pretty easy. It wasn't. Once he had a buyer for what was his "full asking price", he sends me the disclosure and it was $500 short of what I said I wanted to net. He went back to the buyer and got the extra $500 from her even though she offered the full asking price of the listing. I think that's improper, but either way he made it happen so more power to him. Fast forward to the closing and all of the sudden our disclosure ends up having me nearly $1000 less than we agreed on. Someho

Alysha & Darnell are the hardest working realtors I have ever experienced. Not only did they give 100% but they each did so that makes them at 200% in my book. The took the time and had the patients to help us find the right house. And when the going got really tough they gave even more to get the deal done. I have never net a more caring and harder working couple than these 2. I will miss out daily emails and calls. Keep up the good work. Princess & mama of Princess

This man Edward is awesome! He is a great realtor, super honest, and great! This is coming from his very own son🤣. This is a hard working man and dad!!!! He is awake working on his computer at night at the table and working hard for this community! So I highly suggest that if you haven't tried working with this company or this man, you definitely should and need too!!

If I could give zero stars I would. Unprofessional, two people show up, one is a lady half dressed with everything popping out of her dress, this is not appropriate. They gave a totally inaccurate appraisal, 10 to 15 dollars per square foot less than all comparable sales in the area. Find another appraiser if possible, pay for one yourself as I did. And my appraisal came in 12 per foot higher, funny how that matches the rest of the area.
