Avoid any rentals from this place!! If their other rentals are anything like the one I was at avoid them, seriously nothing but roach problems and mice problems that YOU have to deal with on your own and on top of that if you put in an order to have them fix something be ready for the waiting game. Oh and I forgot the mold is another problem that they won’t help with unless like they told me to buy mold killer before they would come in. So many more things I’ve dealt with them but it is WAY too much to type here. They recently sold to another company and I wasn’t notified only way I found out was through a neighbor and had to call schwarz so I could have the number to the new place. Now I’m having to deal with a rent situation from the lack of communication.

Do not rent from them. They are absolutely the worst landlords to deal with. Very unprofessional. Money grubbers, and the property manager Rosie, is the absolute worst ever. Literally tried to evict us after we had been gone for 3 weeks. They went up on the rent. We lived in a 1970’s trailer that had horrible cracks and holes and black mold everywhere. They refuse to fix anything. Roaches and bedbugs everywhere when we moved in. We got very sick living there. Just an all around horrible place to live. It smelled like cat pee and mold horribly. Keep your money and don’t do business with them. Attached is photos of the home with mold.

If Britney is around, I want to always live here. She is so kind, caring and compassionate everything I want in a realtor or a property manager, awesome that’s her. She goes above and beyond. I also love the company that she keeps she saw some thing and is wanting to work hard on it and loves and cares for people… I’m sure she’s been through some things dealing with people isn’t easy but her compassion is there

easy to work with and they did not up my rent in the last 2 years I have lived here which in itself is great. pretty good people in the office from what I have dealt with any of my issues or concerns have always been handled quickly Rosio has been great

If you cannot handle the heat be advised before you move in here expect your house to be on a daily between 90° and 105° inside your house expect it to cool down by 2:00 a.m. they put the cheapest air unit as possible also be far one your electric bill will always be high living here also when making a request the maintenance to fix things they won't fix everything they pick and choose what needs to be fixed and what doesn't they will leave some things unsolved and just leave it as is as far as everything else it's pretty mellow they don't really bother you or harass you as long as you pay rent they leave you in peace that part is good the only other part is that it's just extremely unlivable in the summertime the summertime you feel like you're having a heat stroke on a daily
