I recently used Schuerman Inspections, LLC (Dan Schuerman) for a pre-purchase inspection on a 126-year-old home in Hamilton, OH, and I couldn’t be more impressed. Dan was extremely knowledgeable, patient, and took over 4 hours to meticulously go through every aspect of the property – roof, chimney, foundation, electrical (including old knob-and-tube concerns), plumbing, HVAC, attic, basement moisture issues, and more. The report was delivered the same day, clocking in at 41 pages with hundreds of clear photos, diagrams, and a well-organized Repair Advisory Summary + Defective Summary that made it easy to understand priorities, safety risks, and next steps. Dan is THE MAN! His inspection was not only thorogh and professional, he also took the time to educate us about what he found and how we can take care of our new home. We learned so much! I wouldn't use anyone else when purchasing a property. He's the best in town, hands down.

Im very thankful I found Daniel to be my inspector. Hes extremely knowledgeable! When He takes his time to show you EVERYTHING. Theres not one question of my concern he couldn't answer. I appreciate a person who loves what they do and they do it RIGHT.

Dan does a very thorough inspection while offering advice and solutions (not just listing issues/defects). He is more than willing to talk though any and all items, with his vast knowledge of building standards this is priceless. I would 100% hire Dan in the future.
