After experiencing multiple unresolved repair issues with Schuber Mitchell Homes, I strongly advise prospective buyers not to proceed without independent, third-party inspections conducted throughout the construction process. Significant defects have occurred, including a porch ceiling that detached, widespread cracking at nearly every drywall joint, and roof leaks caused by improperly installed exterior flashing that persisted for years. Repair attempts were inadequate and appeared to rely primarily on excessive caulking rather than proper corrective construction methods. Schuber Mitchell has been fantastic from purchase to repairs. We’ve had Mason and “Goose” out a few times for a few minor repairs, and each time they have been knowledgeable, respectful, and kind!

After some settling, my patio cracked. The Schuber-Mitchell team identified the problem and came quickly to remove the old concrete and replace it. Dalton and Isaac were professional and pleasant. They contacted me every time before arriving, treated my belongings with respect, moved necessary items from and back to the patio, and did a superior job. Goose and Mason on warranty team came out and fixed a flow issue on our sink. Very friendly and helpful! Cleaned up made sure everything was perfect before they left.

I bought their brand new house in South wind trail neighborhood in Duenweg MO , the house only 2.5 years old but they have some problems . The new problem is the ceiling in the left front corner have stain from water ( may be the roof is not good) or the edge the didn’t do it right, I saw their worker work at night when out side dark to install the roof shingles and I thought by myself how can they see around to pounding the nails. Before I bought their house I heard a lot the bad things about their house they do very bad job and rush and careless to sale their house on time I didn’t believe it and now I’d learned the lesson .
