Very cute place staff is super friendly and helpful!! Apartment was clean new fixtures and floor! Very pleased!

Touring, application process, and move in are great. Brittani is very kind and informative. The area is safe, affordable, and nice. I think anyone would enjoy living here. Update: After 6 months of living here, I can tell you that it’s definitely a place worth living! I am thankful for the management who care about the property and I am not bothered by my neighbors. I really enjoy living here!

I have been at this complex for a year. It's been a great stay thus far. The office ladies are really nice and they communicate well. The property stays clean for the most part. I'm really thankful for the maintenance guys. I've not had any problems. They are always working hard in empty units getting them ready for rental, walking the property picking up trash, power washing the breezeway areas and prepping with salt to prepare for a ice or snow storm. Thier hardworking does not go unnoticed. I look forward to another year here.

We moved in 3 months ago and we love it here! Our apartment was spotless and in perfect condition! they do an amazing job at keeping the parking lot/ property spotless. The management and employees here are amazing! Always great at responding back quickly and keeping the property nice and clean. I definitely recommend them

I relocated my fur babies and child to Ellis Point a few months ago and it was one of the best decisions I could have made. The apartment is spacious, the facilties and amenities have been so helpful, my dog loves the dog parks and I love the gym space and laundry availability. The staff has always been kind and quick to respond to any issues to ensure a safe and well maintained home. My child loves the playground area and the location of the apartments is prime to anything I need on a daily basis. I appreciate the staff reminding everyone that it is a non smoking property as well as keeping tenants informed of any changes to maintenance or access to buildings. I am so thankful to come home to Ellis Point.
