Schroering Rentals are the best! Kathy and Phil are easy to reach, and respond immediately to any questions or concerns I have. I could not ask for better landlords. They put quality finishes in their properties as well as energy efficient systems.

Having always owning a home, we found ourselves renting while our new home was being completed. We were pleasantly surprised to find our experience very positive. Our duplex was very roomy, clean and efficient. The units are very well maintained and the neighborhood was quiet with pleasant tenants. The owners were always responsive to any requests. Super nice people!

We rent from Schroering Rentals and couldn't be happier. Our duplex is brand new, squeaky clean, and super energy efficient. We love the geo-thermal heating and cooling as it works very well and keeps our utility bill low. The duplex is also amazingly quiet! Never once have we heard the other renters through the walls. We absolutely love our duplex, it's the best we've found in Jasper.
