Joie the manager for premeir storage is by far the best manager in the storage business. She went above and beyond for me with my customer service concerns. She definitely deserves to be employee of the century if that were a thing but definitely deserves a raise. I cannot say enough about how caring and understanding she has been in this whole ordeal. Thank you so so so so so much!!!!!!!!!!!

Best landlord! Awesome group of workers :) Have rented from them 17 years! Maintenance comes to fix any issue as soon as they get a chance!

I’ve been with Premier coming on to a year now and they’ve been fantastic to rent with. If there’s been any issues I may have with maintenance, they’re always on top of it and their team members are always kind and courteous whenever visiting and making fixes. Not only that, their Lease Department is ALWAYS so kind to me - I’ve been communicating with them the last few months and not only are they always so nice (especially for how often I call), but make sure to communicate clearly with me on all details. Definitely recommend!

I have been renting with Premier for 5 years come February, and I have nothing but praise. Maintenance requests are completed in a timely fashion, the office staff has always been communicative, and the mobile app is excellent for reviewing rent payments and other facets of renting. Heidi, in particular, has always been incredibly kind and responsive to any questions or concerns I have had. Any time a friend or coworker asks for renting suggestions, I suggest Premier.

Heidi is an amazing property manager. Despite the fact that she has 1500 or more properties to manage she is always attentive to her tenants needs. First time in my life I am recommending and giving a good review for a landlord. Thank you Heidi for all that you do.
