Scholls Crossing Apartments

These apartments were the worst. The turnover rate for managers was also super high, we had 3 different managers during a 5 year period. The latest manager barely would respond to voicemails or answer the door and doesn't keep track of papers. The rent constantly is being raised and nobody cleans up after their dogs. The cops are there every other week for one reason or another, McKay is an okay school but I wouldn't recommend these apartments to anybody.

Worst management I've experienced. Our apartment had mold in it the day we moved in, they don't clean the apartment for new tenants. The complex is constantly noisy with no regard for neighbors. The neighborhood appears nice but the complex is managed casually with no regard for tenant needs. The parking lot is used as a playground for kids which makes driving home dangerous. Find a different place to live if possible. You will not be valued at Scholls Crossing Apartments.

DO NOT MOVE THERE!! No management to work with if you have an issue, SOME residents that better if police will be around. When I had an issue took for ever to fix and there is no one to talk with. I left after 6 months and even that was not fast enough, I was afraid
