We had a fantastic experience building our home with the builder at Stillcroft. The whole process was smooth, and we especially appreciated working with an absolutely awesome sales representative who never pressured us. Construction team was top notch. The open concept and traditional look of our home turned out just as we hoped, and everyone we interacted with was professional and friendly. We felt truly supported and valued every step of the way, and since moving in, we've been very happy with our new home. We’d recommend them to friends and family.

I built with Schell in Richmond and overall had a positive experience. It' smy understanding it was just this one person, but the sales experience was poor and promises weren’t fulfilled. Things like clearing the trees on my lot to a certain specification never happened and I wasn't told about certain options that other neighbors knew about. I was told my layout had to be flipped due to my parcel of land only to have a neighbor build the same exact floorplan next to me with the layout I originally had even though their lot was smaller. Now our screened porches and all windows now look directly into each other’s homes (houses are very close) and I can hear my neighbor's every single word when they are talking in their porch. Laura and I have now been in our beautiful Schell Brothers home for 18 months. We are just as excited about the home and community today as we were the day we move in. As owners of 10 previous homes we recognize quality when we see it. Laura is an Interior Designer and fell in love with the Whimbrel model. The Schell Brothers quality of fit and finish along with added amenities was beyond our expectations. Finding our forever home has been a wonderful experience.

Our Schell building experience was fantastic! We settled on our brand new Lilac model January 30th, 2019 and couldn't be happier. Schell Brothers' homes and communities were one of the first we looked at when we decided it was time to move back to the shore.
