I’ve rented from Scarlett properties for about a year and a half. We have a 3 bed 2 full bath home in a very convenient location and only pay $1100 month which is a great price in the housing market currently especially considering how nice our property is. I’ve submitted a couple maintenance requests and they were always resolved same day. One was due to our water heater not heating up one day and they had someone come out the same day to replace with a brand new water heater. I’ve never had any issues with Scarlett properties. They respond quickly if I need to call their line and based on my past experiences with horrible landlords, I would highly recommend Scarlett properties. They offer an online portal to make payments which is seamlessly easy. Thank you!

I am writing to share my experience with Scarlett Properties, which I believe prospective tenants should be aware of before entering into a lease agreement. My interactions with the property management have been consistently unsatisfactory, characterized by significant delays in addressing maintenance requests and a general lack of responsiveness. Attempts to contact the office often resulted in voicemail, and even when messages were left, there was minimal follow-up. Frequent changes in office personnel further exacerbated communication issues, leading to confusion and delays in resolving various concerns. If I could leave 0 stars, I would. Every employee that I ever dealt with had a holier than thou attitude. I was always made to feel like I'm just a renter, with no say, no rights, no intelligence and no dignity. They really act like they're doing you a favor by renting you a place, as if renting and making their money off of you, isn't the reason they're in business to begin with. If you can, look for another place that isn't managed by this disrespectful and greedy place.

I rented an apartment through this property management company for seven months, and while I tried to make the most of it, the lack of basic amenities like laundry, a dishwasher, or central AC became too much to manage. I ultimately decided to break my lease — but I did so responsibly, giving 30 days’ notice, vacating the apartment early (as recommended for quicker turnover), and leaving it in excellent condition. Throughout my time as a tenant, I was polite, communicative, paid my rent on time, and always tried to handle things respectfully and by the book. Unfortunately, that effort was not reciprocated. When I decided to move out and reached out with questions or tried to clarify next steps, I was either ignored or met with unprofessional, rude responses. The property manager, Rudy, ac
