He literally works for you and your interest; he indeed convinces underwriters to get the best rate and low closing costs possible. In my case Arren suggested so many possible options, worked with me even during the weekends, he explained underwrites on my behalf. Finally, I got a rate in ~5% with cashout. Very few agents really look at the client benefit than theirs, I generally don't give feedback but felt like helping others seeking mortgage loans.
