ProActive Professional Management

Originally I wrote a bad review because they didn't reply to my emails. Later I found out they don't check the email I was sending to. Shout out to Marcy, who turned a bad experience into a great one. She was kind and professional and followed up until it was completed. Thank you so much Marcy!

What a complete nightmare, if I had known that this HOA was everything but "ProActive" I would of not even bought my condo. They are not only unresponsive, steal your money and do nothing to improve the community but they don't respond to emails. When you call you get a rude lady, Marcy, with a horrible attitude. This is the highest HOA fees in the area and the community looks horrible. Broken roofs from the 1970's with tarps termite infestation, trash on peoples balconies and they do nothing about it. They do quick fixes (after complaining for months) and don't even communicate with you regarding what work is being done (if any work at all), contractors just show up while you are at work. "Proactive" is really good at stealing/pocketing your money. I understand that the Board of Directors

Wow, I am just shocked by the ignorance of Amy Thoms who previously reviewed "ProActive Professional Management" which has prompted me to write my review. She is clearly confusing her associations board of directors with her associations management company. Most people know, that when you buy a home in an association, it's their "Rules and Regulations" that governs what's allowable and not. Then your directors have the responsibility to engage the enforcement of those rules. So for instance, when the Thoms residence is breaking said rules, now it cost the association the time, money, and letters mailed to them with demands to correct those actions. She's in actuality, ragging on her elected board of directors. However, perhaps she should be thanking them for volunteering many hour

Their answering machine comes on and I have left several messages. Moved in our townhome in July and this is the worst HOA I have ever encountered. I have been living in my new place since July 1st and can’t get a gate code. When we moved in I was given the code for the vendors and using it until one day they changed the code and locked out our trash company. I didn’t even know I needed a code connected to my phone. There is nothing more frustrating than leaving messages with no response. So rude and unprofessional.

Proactive is very proactive in all issues I have . They are quick and very responsive in all my concerns and problems. Great and reliable customer service.
