I was in a desperate situation needing to find a place for my mother to live in a short amount of time. I contacted Saxon Cove Senior Living and had the pleasure of working with Lilly. She was incredibly helpful and understanding throughout the entire process. Lilly went above and beyond her call of duty and even checked on me when she was on vacation . She was always available to answer any questions I had and provide reassurance. Her kindness and compassion made a stressful situation much easier to handle. I would highly recommend Saxon Cove Senior Living and especially working with Lilly. She is a true asset to the community and a testament to the level of kindness.

I've only been here a couple of weeks, and it's wonderful. Experienced and friendly staff, kind neighbors, peace and quiet, and a wonderful new home for me. Lilly has assisted me in so many ways, and always with a smile. It took awhile for me to get here, but I'm so glad I made it!

I just wanted to say how helpful the manager is to everyone. I have never witnessed her being mean or disrespectful to anyone that has been in the office when I’ve been in there. She has helped me so much with added paperwork and not once complained. She has always been more than happy to help me. I am so thankful that she is here and so good natured about everything. Saxon Cove is lucky to have her.

My overall experience was great!. From the beginning of my application, Mrs. Sanchez was very communicative with me and easy to get in contact with. The information that she was providing me was always accurate and she is very knowledgeable with all the application processes. My experience definitely had a lot to do with how professional Mrs. Sanchez handled everything. On the moving day, the apartment was in very good condition and the community is very clean and quiet. Beautiful community! I am very happy and comfortable living here.
