Honestly, this apartment complex is not only beautiful and well-maintained, but the people who work here are absolutely amazing. Johaira has been such a pleasure to work with—she truly cares about the residents. From the moment we moved in, she has helped us so much and always goes above and beyond. She is by far the best person I’ve ever worked with as a resident. She is very attentive, and whenever something needs fixing, maintenance arrives quickly. He is amazing as well and does exceptional work. Both of them are truly outstanding. I could go on and on, but I honestly couldn’t have picked a better place to live. My kids are happy, and we are happy—and that means everything.

Our leasing manager, Jahaira, is truly exceptional. From the moment she started, you could immediately feel the difference. She’s attentive, knowledgeable, and genuinely cares about the people who live here. She goes above and beyond to make sure residents understand everything clearly, and she’s already helped us catch things we didn’t even know needed fixing starting with our lease which has actually saved us money monthly! Her professionalism, kindness, and commitment to the community have made such a huge impact. You can tell she takes pride in her work and wants the best for everyone here. The Key Family is incredibly grateful to have someone like her leading our community and we have absolutely no plan to leave! We love it here!!!

I can't say enough wonderful things about living at Allure on Enterprise. The apartments are spacious, well-maintained, and come with great amenities that truly enhance my living experience. Especially the gorgeous swimming pool! One of the highlights of my time here has been the amazing staff in the office. The ladies are incredibly sweet and always go above and beyond to assist residents. Whether it’s helping with maintenance requests or just offering a warm smile, they create a welcoming atmosphere that makes you feel valued as a tenant. Their kindness and generosity are genuinely appreciated, making this complex not just a place to live, but a community to be a part of.

I just recently moved out but I lived in this community for two years. Tracy the community Manager is great. Calm community and I loved having a town home felt like my own little house. Convenient location close to a Publix and Target and other shopping just minutes away. Can’t complain about my time there. Moved to be closer to work.
