We absolutely adore this place and the incredible staff! We especially want to shout out our amazing cleaning lady, Megan. This woman works tirelessly, and it truly shines through every single day. Our place always looks and smells fantastic, and she does it all with a smile and such kindness, even when things get a little challenging. Megan, please know your hard work is so appreciated and definitely doesn't go unnoticed by us! Keep shining bright! ✨

The worst apartment complex I have ever lived in. Nearly impossible to get in touch with the office staff. They don’t answer the phone, don’t call back when you leave voicemails, and you’re lucky if they respond to your emails. Only way to talk to someone is if you go into the office, which is nearly impossible if you work an 8-5. The elevator, hallways, gym and pool are nasty. Maintenance came in to change my air filter, and locked my cat in a closet (that only they have the key to) for 8+ hours while I was at work. Maintenance also left trash on the floor on top of that. The move out fees are ridiculous. Charged me $85 to replace an outlet cover. Cost less than $2 at Lowes. Had our A/C and all lights turned off the last month two months of our lease, but got charged a $70 electricity bil

Morgan was very kind throughout our whole tour of the place. Everything was very clean, the area was sooo nice, monthly rent seems to be more on the expensive side BUT considering all of the amenities and public areas available for residents and how spacious the apartments are I definitely think it would be worth it. We are definitely thinking about living here in the near future!!

My husband and I were looking for a short term rental while building our new home. We met Jeremiah at Sawgrass Point and could not be more pleased with his knowledge, patience and kindness. From him promptly calling me back to answer all our initial questions, to keeping in touch through the application process… he made it simple. No ask was too much and even as he was leaving for the day, he still stopped to take time to answer questions and help me set up a tour. It means a lot when people are helpful in these days, but not many go beyond. The property and apartments are exactly as pictured, but the care Jeremiah took is what made us ultimately decide on Sawgrass Point! We look forward to being here, even for a short time, and highly recommend anyone in the area who is looking for a grea

I was a resident at Sawgrass for 12 months. 8 of those months were not pleasant. Upon signing my lease agreement the grounds were nice and well kept. The complex has rules but are not enforced. I never was able to swim when I chose to because of the residents were not adhering to the 2 guest maximum. There will be huge parties at the pool, kids coming in from off the premises, people walking in from the complex across the street, and with no security or anyone checking for wrist bands. Trash is supposed to be placed outside your apartment in the given trashcan after 6 pm. Residents will put trash out as early as 3 pm., and not in the trashcan, just the bag on the carpet. That made it easy for rodents to enter the building. I had a mouse in my apartment on a Wednesday ,I called maintenance
