First, the office queens: Amber, Leann, and Kay. These ladies are the absolute sweetest. They’re kind, patient, and genuinely care about the residents. Anytime I’ve needed help—big or small—they’ve handled it with warmth, professionalism, and just the right touch of humor. They’re a huge part of why this place feels like home. And our maintenance team, Carl and Climmer? Fast, friendly, and know exactly what they’re doing. From someone who lived here for almost 3 years, in multiple different apartments. The company and employees are so great! I would recommend anyone live here, they make you feel like family! Thank yall for everything, will miss yall!!

I just moved into these apartments they are extremely nice and luxurious but that’s not why I fell in love with them. Leann is absolutely amazing!! She has made the move in process a breeze. Just by being the most caring person she is, really makes a difference when determining what complex to go with. She definitely goes the extra mile and it’s not just a sales tactic. Since I’ve moved in she hasn’t changed the way she acts towards me and I feel so comfortable messaging her about anything I need to. She really is the best and has definitely helped make this place feel like home!

DO NOT RENT HERE!!! The most disrespectful thing is the Landscaping every other day waking starting up at 6:50am . The office not even open til 9am why allow a company to come in every other day and cut grass and trees at 6:45-6:50am ? I’m tired of the noise . YOU CANNOT GET REST HERE! Not only landscaping it’s the street noice from being in building 1 . They don’t tell you that all . Loud trucks, loud pipes on cars , speeding cars you can’t catch a break with NOISE! So sick of hearing we can’t do anything about the noise . HORRIBLE LIVING EXPERIENCE MY ENTIRE YEAR! Car Break ins , noise & just over all experience was not worth paying nearly 2k in rent

I didn’t end up leasing an apartment here, but I absolutely had to take a moment to recognize LeAnn for her outstanding service. From start to finish, she was professional, warm, and incredibly knowledgeable. She went above and beyond to answer all of my questions, provided detailed information without pressure, and made the entire experience feel personal and seamless.
