Worst place I’ve ever lived. Bugs, plumbing issues, mold, old carpet and much more that management doesn’t care about and fails to fix. Moved out after only 7 months.

Rent was reasonable, and I felt very safe. Convenient to everything. I am only giving it a 3 because, when I lived there twenty years ago, management wouldn't help with loud neighbors, and when I moved, they wouldn't give me the cable receipt and cable co. wanted to charge me $500. She finally did look for it and found it in her drawer. I hope they've gotten better now.

It's honestly been alright here, but management doesn't care about anyone. And ownership changed and the pest and trash are a separate cost. It isn't ideal, but whatever. I just wish management was easier to approach. Maci is nice though. Hope she's here for longer.

I love living here. The rooms are a decent size, the staff is super friendly, and the price is good. They listened to their residents and updated the pool, put a nice fitness center on the grounds (with complimentary wifi), fixed a few hammocks, and I haven't had any problems with the neighborhood behind us. They also have a nice tennis court, a grill for residents to use, a nice area to walk your dogs and have picnics, and they send out monthly updates and calendars. My only complaint is that water isn't included in the price. But that's easy to get over considering all the benefits of living here.

This is a great place to be! The staff here is super diligent and helpful. Everyone here is friendly and the atmosphere is that of a small village. Everybody knows everybody. All the children play together it's awesome! The environment feels like home. I'd recommend it to anyone.
