We could not agree more with all of the (negative) reviews here. Sloppy work. Unprofessional contractors and warranty team! Nail pops. Extremely poor ceiling work. Rear deck banister rails fell out within the first few months. Fridge doesn't dispense ice. Stove lights works at random. Very poor communication from the warranty department. Don't bother calling them out, they will patch it only for the problem to return again. General contractor built a shoddy set of steps made of stone to step up into the front door. The inspector made him take it down. Why wouldn't he know this information. Asked Robby in the warranty dept to leave my house and not to return because of his rudeness. Mostly directed toward a couple of hispanic painters that were there performing warranty work for po

Horrible. No one gets back to you. I've requested someone to reach out from warranty in regards to a list of issues. One being a fixture above one of the sinks in the bathroom that was hanging on by a wire. A month with no response I come home to a mess as the fixture fell. Absolutely unacceptable. Caulk coming apart from the wall and counter top and the home is only a few months old. Tub kit was damaged when they were installing fixtures and instead of replacing the tub kit they tried mending with some type of product to cover the hole which you can see when looking at the tub. To me that's a temporary fix. If you installed something and ruin it, if I'm buying a new home it should be replaced. Not some half ass fix that looks terrible. Any paint we asked to have touched up during our walk

Savvy homes are quick homes to build and not what you would expect for the price. One year in drywall pops from settling one or two I get it but not one or two in every stud. After this past hurricane and having to look “under the hood” from the crack in my first floor to the bare minimum nails screws and dont get me started on how they run electrical boxes. Light switches to places that don’t exist. Habitat for humanity builds more sturdy sound homes. Avoid at all cost and customer service it’s a unicorn. Good luck. Update: There's a reason they are losing contracts to other building companies... Buyer beware.

I love my Savvy Home. YES we have had issues but they were addressed or has been documented for future evaluation. We have been very pleased since Richard has been on site. He is always walking the subdivision checking all the houses, cleaning up and keeping on top of the contractors. Anyone buying a house on Richard's watch will be very pleased.

Worst home ever! Shoddy construction. I don’t know where to begin. Siding fell away from the home during the first thunderstorm (not even a major storm). The island that supports the granite slab is bucking! Granite is cut and placed crooked. I can go on and on and unfortunately that’s all minor comparing to what we are dealing with now! The home appears to be hastily thrown together and just shabbily constructed. My childhood home was built in the 1970s; it has experienced less problems then the current house I’m living in now. I will never purchase another Saavy home!!!! House sucks and warranty sucks..No one takes ownership of the problems that came along with the house and no one there to help correct the issues. All I can say is “There is no honor amongst thieves”. I did not get what
