Savoy Park Apartments

If I could give Savoy Park Buildings 0 stars, I would in a heartbeat. My husband and I have been living here since 2021. The first year was fine. The apartment was brand new and clean. Then the lock on the doorknob stopped working. We called the management office multiple times to get it fixed, and no one came until months later when we managed to stop a porter and have him fix it. We have a huge hole in our bathroom ceiling that has been covered with a black garbage bag since 2022. There was a leak in the apartment above us, and the maintenance guys broke down our bathroom ceiling but never came back to fix it. We have been trying to contact anyone we can for days, weeks, and months, but no one has gotten back to us. We've emailed, left voicemails, and received nothing in return. We now

Im just a applicant. However the rent displays were totally misleading.i saw two different amounts that were within my voucher limit however once i start the application the rent amount went up to 3,100. I still was going through with the application when all of a sudden when all of a sudden there was a error and i get a message to complete application with management. I mean why display that your rent stabilize and not yet rents are sky high as if this was a luxury building. I already got discouraged.

RENT AT YOUR OWN RISK, I don't even truly know where to start. They don't fix anything, I've had a broken bathroom sink for over 3 years. Homeless people hang out in the stairs and use the bathroom there. ROACHES, roaches are all over this building, they live in the cabinets, walls, stove, ac unit, heater, behind LED light strips and closets.The roach infestation got to the point where if I moved my bed frame, hundreds would be under it.The tenants are amazing, but management is completely incompetent unless it's a receptionist or the skinny African American Woman who's name starts with an S. This was once a beauriful place to live, however that was over 30 years ago. Its infested with water bugs, never any heat, wooden wondow frames, & a horrific smell comes out the pipes every time the heat goes off which has existed for years.
