I'm new in Savoy, and I have to say that all the employees — from the office staff to the cleaning and maintenance teams — have been incredibly kind and helpful. My wife and I are very happy to have found a home here in Charlotte. Thank you for making us feel welcome!

if you’re looking for luxury but affordability, nice views, amazing amenities with amazing management? Savoy is it! i absolutely love living here! Paige in the office is such a doll. she’s always super attentive and is always willing to go that extra mile for her residents. i highly recommend moving to savoy and of course, make sure you ask for Paige!

Ive been living here for 1.5 years and its a good community to live overall but my apt has some maintenance issues. The AC/thermostat in my apt is faulty and just stops working, cutting off the ventilation. There are no windows I can keep open and even if i could, I wouldn’t due to the bugs that would get it. I’ve raised maintenance requests for the AC countless times but the issue never gets resolved. Its a very big issue if our air supply is being cut off. Our house is extremely cold in the winter and extremely hot in the summer because it doesn’t let us set the temp. It does what it does and sometimes it just stops working- cutting ventilation off. (Btw the technicians that come in tell us “oh your air circulation is completely shut off. There’s no fresh air here” so its not me exagge

We sadly just moved from the Savoy Apartments in Charlotte because we bought a house but we had an amazing experience there. Our apartment was beautiful. We overlooked the pool and had super high ceilings. Even when the pool was crowded, we never heard anything. There was a grill too that was always available & super clean. The pool, gym and all of the common areas were very well-kept and sparkling. The staff there are incredible, especially Miranda. We loved the dog park as well and having D9 next door. Thank you so much to everyone there for making our stay perfect!!!
