Savannah East Apartments

Beautiful apartments at this place. Very spacious. Definitely took pictures at the playground with my children. 🫶🏼🫶🏼🫶🏼

There definitely needs to be a management change. The manager, at the time I lived there, was corrupt as was maintenance. The windows had mold on all of them none of my windows locked and half didn't open. There are units that have roach and flea infestations. The playground area was also a disgrace and in need of a complete overhaul. Also, at the time I resided here, drug sales and consumption were rampant.

This apartment looks nice but i tried to call the number and it brings me to a phone scam rewards center saying i have won $100. This is really sketchy and you should probably avoid them.

Nice little spot... Residents are very friendly with a family atmosphere.
