DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!! From the time I moved in Dec 2021 until the time I moved July 2024 I have had issues with my unit. Mold in the bathroom and well as the living room. My daughter was always sick. Plumbers have had to come out over 15 times and still did not fix the leak. They changed management this year and mysteriously the $1300 I had on my ledger disappeared and I’ve been by the office as well has been in correspondence via email as well as phone to no avail. If I could give no stars I would. DO NOT MOVE HERE!!!!

Normally I don’t have the time to rate my living experience for different apartment complexes and communities that I’ve live in as a Service Member, but this Apartment Complex has the WORST reputation thus far. Customer service, maintenance, professionalism, hospitality, cleanliness, communication, and accountability. If you’re thinking about moving to this complex, set your expectations to ZERO! From the moment I moved into the apartment I was skeptical, with low income housing prices I wasn’t expecting a lot, but at the least cleanliness and a satisfactory maintenance team. I just moved her 2 months ago and it's been tough my apartment was rushed on carpet wasn't clean closet doors off track they came to fixed them and still came back off need to replace the whole track itself told the manager in office several times no reply yet and it's been weeks just not satisfied with the apartment!! Communication is everything and management doesn't give that have to keep updates yourself with them instead they keep you posted and updated.. They say its newly renovated and its not only thing is new are the ceiling fans and lights

I have reached out multiple times to get all the issues we had when we moved in a MONTH ago fixed. Maintenance guy entered my apartment after knocking once. Did not wait for an answer and did not answer until I yelled "hello" 3 times. No one answers the phone, calls back, emails back. Nothing. Yet 3 days ago, the OWNER responded on here to a 5 star review. I have no idea how to pay rent, did not receive anything upon moving in. Don't even know where the mailbox is or have keys to it. Had to wait a month to get approved. Neighbors smoke in their apartment and it stinks up mine. DO NOT MOVE HERE!

Best apartment I’ve had business wise. My landlord somanika jerhada is very prompt with answers needed. Very quick with information required and maintenance to the unit. She alone deserves a 10/10 start recommendation! Thank you for making my experience amazing!
