Sausalito Apartments

I would not recommend renting here. I am a property manager, so I know what is to be expected when it comes to renting.I pre-leased an apartment for about a month ahead of time and when the day came to move-in the unit was not ready. There were Dead baby roaches in the unit and roach feces all over the shelving and window seals. There is feces on the toilet seat and spiderwebs in the corner. The air filter had about 2 to 3 inches of caked on dust, But the manager assured me that it was cleaned. I told him that I cannot accept the unit in this condition Because it wasn’t rent ready, If he had another unit to offer me, I would be happy to see it. He did not have another unit to offer me and said that he could send a cleaner after the weekend passes on Monday. I Asked just to avoid the lease

Let me start with the fact that these apartments are the absolute worst place in college station you can possibly rent! All hands down these apartments have constant maintenance issues, serious code violations that needs to be addressed and especially high amounts of mold due to all the water leaks and AC problems they never fix correctly….. unfortunately there’s never a decent notice when they cut off the water nor electricity, there’s NO washer machines in the units so GL on doing laundry, you can’t put anything outside or else they’ll give you a lease violation, there’s no reserved parking spaces, Ac will freeze over and burn your electricity bill up very oftentimes, the whole complex is far from being level, living rooms feel like your walking down hill then back up hill… And for the o

Great place and affordable apartments to live in. There are some rare issues with the water pipe bursting out, but management is really quick in fixing these issues and is very helpful. Maintenance Team is also very quick in fixing minor issues of your apartment. The location is really great and everything is at a walkable distance. Completely like my stay at this place.

I have lived her for almost two years and I have to say I am very happy with my apartment. I am going to be completely honest and admit that some of the reviews are a bit exaggerated. I have occasionally had a roach or two but nothing a lil bit of pest control can’t take care of. Our pest control is great, and for the people who are leaving 1 star reviews in regard to roaches should really check themselves and get a dose of reality. They’re part of nature and the management is doing their best (we have had a few building sprays to remedy them) so I’ve seen them put the effort in. And their effort has paid off!! The management is very friendly and approachable and as long as we communicate with them they will work with us to the best of their ability. Keep up the good work!

I am a current resident. This place has become worse since the new company took over. We have to wait four days to have maintenance recently. The water issue is terrible. They shut down water without notice and the staff seems not knowing the situation at all. This totally screw up people's daily life. You can check the photos. Pipe is leaking out there, but we don't have water in the units. Very ridiculous. And the photos provided by the company are just their demo rooms, the real situation is the apartment is very old and need regular maintenance. Since the rent went up quite a bit, I do not recommend this place to anyone who is looking for apartment in College Station.
