Do not rent a house represented by this agency! I rented a house in August 2024 and despite repeated attempts to get them to either return my security deposit or let me know if there was any problem which would cause them to not return it, I cannot get any answer from them. The listing agent, Vince Horcasitas, will not return a phone call or a text, and the office manager, Danielle Miller, told me today on the phone that it is not the listing agent's responsibility to look into security deposits and that they have no responsibility in this matter. It is beyond frustrating and totally unprofessional. Do not rent or buy from this agency - they do not stand behind their deals!

I worked with Lee Minetree on finding a piece of commercial property for my business East of Watermill. Not only was he really responsive, but he took the time to understand what my business needs were, and was patient enough to show me multiple listings over the course of several months to find the right space. It didn’t matter if it was early, late, a weekend, a government holiday etc., I felt like I was his number one priority every single time I called him. I’m grateful for his support and expertise in the field of commercial real estate. His dedication and knowledge of commercial real estate in The Hamptons was so helpful to me as I expanded my business East.

BEWARE , these people are not nice . I became aware of an oversight on an a seasonal lease 24 hrs after signing . It required me to pay more money . It was an innocent mistake on all counts but , I did not want to pay any additional amount for the property and thought we were all on same page .Immediatley I advised them it was a problem and all within 24 hours of dropping off the lease and deposit - SADLY HOWEVER - The Saunders agent would not help me get my several thousands of dollars deposit back and told me to call a lawyer and would not answer or reply to my emails or calls from that point on . Signed ONE day ? The property was not even taken off the market nor had the lease been signed for one business day - I guess there were NOT enough zeros in my deal to warran
