Hamptons Property Services (HPS)

I have been an HPS customer for 15 years. They take care of all routine services, but are also always available to take care of one-off or emergency work that needs doing. Communication, suggestions, advice and recommendations are spot-on, and their relationship with local vendors leads to good service at reasonable prices. The fact that property visits occur regularly when we are not at our house is a great comfort, especially their visits following a storm to make sure there's been no damage. While specific property managers occasionally change, overall management is consistent, hands-on, responsive and responsible. I recommend HPS whole-heartedly.

We have been using HPS for the past year for our house in Sag Harbor. Since we live far away from the house and only get there a few times a year, it was invaluable to get regular updates on the status of the house and its condition. We also did some updates to the house including exterior painting, swimming pool pump replacement and entire-house water filtration system installation. Having HPS coordinate this work ensured it all went smoothly. Finally, we opted to rent the house for the summer months, and having HPS on call for fixes and cleanup alleviated lots of stress. Highly recommend.

HPS takes meticulous care of our home and getting one invoice for all services alleviates the headache of home ownership. The team is communicative, transparent and honest. I could not recommend them enough!

Every person we have worked with at HPS has provided us with top notch property management assistance (Brett, Paul, Chris and other). From thorough property reviews, advising us on landscaping/pool/HVAC (and the list goes on) vendors and assisting us with a complete renovation on our backyard. HPS made our lives easier and they were very organized in their approach - we always felt they provided us with transparency in their pricing and also guided us on when situations needed to be escalated. Chris, Paul and their team at HPS have been consummate professionals who have done an excellent job managing our Hamptons home for the past several years. Not only have they excelled at routine maintenance, they have helped manage several larger projects, including an entirely new wrap-around porch, deck and exterior paintjob. They are also exceedingly responsive to emergencies which, in our case, have included a roof leak and an air conditioning unit that unexpectedly died on an August Friday night. The AC was back up and running within two hours, thanks to HPS and their connections. Highly recommended across the board.
