One star is even being generous. Unprofessional and doesn’t know how to be fair when it comes to assessing value. Using only MLS listings to determine a fair value is not a full scope of the market. When asked to also utilize recent recorded sales shown in the property appraiser, appraiser dug his heels in and refused stating that those legally recorded sales are “not verifiable”. Unprofessional would be a compliment in this case.

Saunders Appraisals was A+ from beginning to end. They were so quick to come out and appraise on short notice and had the results in 9 days. Very professional and friendly. I would use them again and recommend their services!

MR. Saunders recently performed an appraisal on a lake-front property. A professional experience from the initial call to the delivery of the analysis. I would certainly recommend him and his team. They were also very responsive on my calls during the entire process.

These people are as unprofessional as it gets. Took 2 weeks to get my apt.to get my home appraised. Set for 07/01/2019 Was texted by rep. Night before. Claiming her mother in law was sick. And they were leaving to go be with her. Ain't coming . They wouldn't not answer the phone to talk to me. She knew time was critical to get this done. Didnt care ! They were already paid $465.00 ? No mension of my money. If I am not able to keep the dead lines set forth. The whole deal go's by by. I will lose 10's of thousands of dollars because of these idiots ! If I do. I will sue ! Worst company ever. They hold a state license in Florida. My attorneys will go after that as well. Dont do any business with these people ! Dont do it.

Joe is an excellent appraiser. I use him for all of my appraisal needs.
