What a sham of a builder. Multiple lies throughout trying to go under contract. We were told to pick a lot, then they told us they don't own those lots yet and we would need to pay an extra $5,000 to get the lot. After that fiasco, Jeannie the manager, comes up the day before signing our contract stating the price was going up $15,000 the next day but if we signed that night we could get in before the price increase. She emailed the documents at 11:50 pm that night and kindly replied she would not be available to answer any questions the next day as she was in meetings all day. Another obstacle was the increase magically in the options we picked and priced out. The final draw was them not wanting to give a completion date until sheet rock was hung.
