Saucon View Apartments

My family and I have been at Saucon View for almost four years now, and we’ve genuinely loved living here. Gary and Melissa in the office, along with Sean and Alex from maintenance, are always friendly, helpful, and easy to talk to. Sean even knows our pets by name—whenever we walk by him, he always stops to say hi and gives our two fur babies plenty of attention. The community itself is always beautifully kept, and any maintenance request is handled quickly. Most of the time, things are taken care of within a day, and you get an email update so you’re never left wondering. We are so happy to call Saucon View home!

Gary and Melissa are very helpful and patient in ensuring a smooth leasing process for us. I would not hesitate to refer to anyone about this property. Thanks!

Gary and Melissa are very nice but charged 395$ at move out for normal carpet wear and tear + no fans in the apartment so had to buy our own. Never experienced this in last 6 years of renting.

Gary was friendly and informative. The apartment space is lovely. I loved how pets are welcomed with treats and attention.
