Satterwhite Log Homes

My parents just had Satterwhite Log Homes to replace old logs and give their home a little sprucing up. They are so happy! The turn out exceeded their expectations!! Amazing job Satterwhite!

Put simply this place knows logs! Very knowledgeable staff and absolutely no sales pressure. Allowed time for shopping and answered every question I had. I am pleased that TMC Construction recommended Satterwhite.

I will never use this company again, I ordered $14,000 in cedar for my customer for a high end pergola carport , my customer was very displeased with the quality of the cedar, some i was able to return but the brackets that they made with very split wood they ended up exchanging them for some old cedar post that they tried to clean up that was also split, so I'm out over a $1000 to replace the brackets for my customer with prime cedar, I should have went to Dallas Cedar in the first place for prime cedar, I learnt a lesson always trust your gut , when someone tells you that a company is going down hill after the original owner has passed away, it's usually best to stay away, I was told by Allen that my cedar would take a week to get in after being ordered, it took almost 2 months.

Bad lumber from middle man blue lynx will not make good on there mistakes. All the posts are cracked can't use crap material on $30,000.00 job and will not make right
