Satellite Arms Apartments

Not a tenant, but I spend quite a bit of time there visiting my friend who lives there. Neighbors are extremely loud late into the night, but I guess you get that with most complexes. Recently however, my friend was asked to remove their patio furniture and plants, which were not obstructing the walkway at all, and threatened on short notice with fines. The plants too, really?

I wish I knew what I was moving into when I signed a lease. I moved here from a different state and only heard good things about this place. The good thing would only be the people who live here! Management does very little, although they we will respond to your email with an answer but nothing ever gets done. I CANNOT wait until my lease is up. The bugs are ridiculous! Leaks under the sinks! You can't hang anything on the walls as they are all concrete. If I could get out of this lease I would in a heartbeat!

It's not well managed. Garbage in the back yard, washers and dryers broken. Bugs. Good people here. But management is useless. And they are not very nice to tenants. Also we can hear the tenant upstairs at night. They play music or watch TV we hear it.

My Father use to own those apartments. He sold them to the Fuentez family. How much are they monthly now? Roger Dale.
