I'm not Sure who Vanessa is, but that was probably one of the worst phone calls of my life. Please do yourselves a favor and put her in another role. Perhaps janitorial because phone etiquette has eluded her greatly.

I've lived in a lot of different places and I have to admit my experience with Sassouni Management was very positive. I never had an issue and they were very easy to communicate. The super in the building was also fantastic and always very resourceful. Would absolutely recommend to others!

RENTERS BEWARE I had the unfortunate experience of dealing with an unprofessional NYC broker, Benjamin Bassal. He took advantage of my across-the-country relocation stress, rushed me, pressured me into transferring funds and signing the lease the day before I even arrived. Benjamin used pressure tactics to ensure that I would feel homeless if I didn’t transfer funds immediately and that wasn’t the worst. He assured me my move in was set up when in fact it was not. When I arrived not only was my move not set up, I had a Covid emergency as to where I had to leave NYC immediately and I had the keys only one day. I turned them both in the following day and the management company informed me they had paid my first month’s rent to the broker. They told me I needed to get a refund from the broke

I've had such a positive experience with Sassouni Management. From the super of my building, Julio, to Ashley at the leasing office, they took care of my needs quickly and efficiently. Thank you so much Sassouni!

In our time being a window/glass repair company for sassounie, it has been nothing but a great time. Shivannie is a wonderful heart and Cristina is awesome as well. They repair whats needed and get it Dun- rite : )
