Saratoga Ridge Apartments

Pool is often closed for maintenance. Was closed most of the summer. Trash is always piled up outside as well as Outside of the exits there is a lot of trash. Maintenance takes a while to fix things.I have seen many homeless people in the trash there as well as in the tree shrubs. Back gate is often broken. Cardio stuff is often broken in the gym. The "valet trash" is picked up once or twice a week if youre lucky. Parking spots are super limited, very small and many people take over two spots. The towing policy is awful as well. The water gets turned off often with a very short notice. Would not recommend this place at all.

I’ve had a positive experience at Saratoga Ridge Apartments. The community is peaceful, clean, and well maintained, and the staff is always kind and helpful. Not that long ago, I received excellent support from Edith Burns, assistant manager. She is truly the best—always trying to cooperate and willing to help with patience and professionalism. Her kindness makes residents feel heard and supported. I also want to recognize Robert Moret, who is very professional and courteous. He is truly the face of Saratoga Ridge—always welcoming, respectful, and attentive to residents. His professionalism and kindness reflect the spirit of the community. I’m grateful for the team at Saratoga Ridge for making this a pleasant place to live.

I lived at Saratoga Ridge for 4 years and have experienced both ups and downs during my time here. Saratoga is a unique older community with lots of trees and it’s just 15 minutes from downtown Austin as well as the airport. Aside from that the management/maintenance teams have a very high turnover rate, the amenities are extremely underwhelming, there tends to be a lack of ample parking for residents and visitors, and there are a lot of sketchy people that loiter around the community (mainly off Nelms Dr). I lived on the first floor and did experience a very bad bug problem when I first moved in also don’t think my apartment was “made ready” as much as it was just issues being painted over, so I put in a lot of maintenance requests over the years. This place is awesome! Affany and Michelle are simply wonderful people. They made my move-in super easy and stress-free. I love the apartments ,they’re just perfect. Honestly, I didn’t need much convincing to choose this place after experiencing such professionalism and genuine customer care! Big thanks to both of them for making everything so smooth. I know I will love this place and would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a great community!

The community is peaceful, well-maintained, and truly feels like home. A huge thank you to Michelle for making the leasing process so smooth and welcoming. She was incredibly helpful, patient, and kind — answering all my questions and guiding me through every step with genuine care. It’s rare to meet someone who not only does their job well but truly goes above and beyond. Michelle, you’re a gem!
