Sapphire Winter Park Apartments

Personally I wouldn’t recommend this place but to each is own. I’m very disappointed because I’m reading some of these reviews and how they rave about the office and management but why can’t they totally be honest about the apartments they rent. Why not tell potential tenants before renting about the water bill especially when you ask questions on average how much it will cost. I learned the hard way when i was trusting an office staff answering my questions. We haven’t even used any type of shower, toilet, dishwasher etc because we haven’t moved in the apartment during time but received a water bill for a couple of days. I reached out to their third party billing company and come to find out water bills our based on the building your in and the usage of all the people divided by the numbe

Moving process was a slight hassle but the team was absolutely amazing. Thanks to Paris Alexis and Stephanie the reassured me and welcomed me the entire time. They were all so helpful and informative and still are. I appreciate the help and service highly recommend the property not only for its beauty and sense of peace but the as well as the service from their awesome team. And the cherry on top, maintenance is with the swiftness.

The ladies working in the office are great however the overall conditions of these apartments are poor. These are older apartments and it is very apparent. I have had a pest issue since I moved in. There are termite piles all over my apartment, everytime I complain they send pest control and a new one appears a couple weeks later. Doors fall out of frames easily, dish washer leaks, sometimes the stove top will not get hot, there is a mildew smell in the apartment, and the stairwells reek of must. My maintenance request are always a temporary fix. I will say the apartment is a safe area and I like how much space I have but more effort needs to be put forward in taking care of these issues.
