Santiam Village Apartments LLC

I loved my time living at Santiam Village. Best apartment complex I’ve lived in. Clean, quiet, and the views of the little forest nearby were lovely. Denia is great and was always helpful to my needs. Manny was always so responsive to maintenance needs and helping me out. I loved the little gym onsite and often had it to myself. All around great experience!

It used to be a great place to live. People that work here are great. But they are given no tools to KEEP OUT the people that DONT LIVE HERE! ARE NOT WELCOME HERE!That are dangerous! It’s hard to go enjoy the amenities we pay for not knowing what we will encounter at the pool! Weight room! Anyplace really ! We have been over run in our own community.

My experience here has been great in regards to the apartment complex and staff. All of my maintenance issues have been promptly addressed and resolved. The staff does a great job at keeping the grounds clean. Lots of families and friendly people here.

We just moved here. what a lost treasure. off back of the main rd. people in the office are very knowledgeable and treat you like family. grounds well-kept and even have great amenities like a pool. place don't feel like an apt feels like home!!!!

Parking is a nightmare and there are spiders the size of an adults fist but at least the spiders may have helped to control the ants. The apartments look ok but you will hear your neighbors through the ceiling and floor. Hope you don't have kids above your unit. People also tend to just throw garbage near the recepticle instead of in it. I'm ready to move out ASAP. Parking is so bad that overflow is the next neighborhood of houses. So no surprise a lot of people seem to be moving out of their homes possibly due to the abundance of cars on the street everywhere. I would not recommend these apartments to anyone.
