For over one year, my family and I have repeatedly reported the same unresolved issue through proper channels. Despite consistent follow-up, management has failed to provide a timely, meaningful, or corrective response. Rather than addressing resident complaints, management relies on automated, AI-generated responses to public reviews, creating a false appearance of engagement while taking no substantive action. These generic replies do not correspond to actual communication, investigation, or remediation, and only further demonstrate the lack of accountability exercised by this property. Management, both past and present, consistently fails to follow up in a timely or professional manner. They rely heavily on their AI system, Elita, to handle issues, including responding to resident concerns and even reviews like this one, which feels dismissive rather than helpful. The only staff member who consistently shows kindness, empathy, and genuine care is Tania. She is the exception, not the rule. This property prioritizes money and appearances over residents. Once you move in, the “nice exterior” quickly fades and the reality becomes clear. Residents are charged overpriced water bills, excessive monthly trash fees, yet trash is constantly overflowing and piled up. This has been our home for almost 11 years. We currently have a newer Manager Ester Garcia and she is wonderful, she has done a lot in a short time to get Santa Teresa Terrace back into shape. Thank you for all that you are doing.

Unfortunately I am not able to leave negative or 0 stars. Management is unresponsive and fails to address resident concerns in a timely manner. Amenities are poorly maintained—the pool is rarely open—and the property is clearly in need of updates. Overall, this complex does not reflect the quality or value being advertised.

Definitely don’t recommend renting here unless it’s your last resort. Maitnance doesn’t do their job, but they sure are quick to charge you a maintenance fee. My lease is up in a few weeks and I had submitted a work order from 6 months ago and my oven is still broken not heating up. They are charging for amenities that are closed, summer is about to be over and the pool has yet to be opened. If you have dogs you’ll also have to pick up after other people pets or else they’ll blame you. Save your $1300 and rent elsewhere for that price
